Friendly Rocks
Friendly Beaches : : Tasmania, Australia

If you follow the blog closely, you may have noticed that the photo locations have been switching between Freycinet National Park and the Friendly Beaches. Why you might ask?

The two areas are very close together (less than 1/2 hour apart) and you can easily drive from one to the other. Both are beautiful places to visit. Camping however, is free at the Friendly Beaches while you have to pay in Freycinet. When you’re traveling, every dollar counts, so we stayed at Friendly Beaches and when we wanted to, we’d drive into the National Park to do the hikes we wanted to do. Luckily, as you can see, the beaches had some pretty amazing sights as well.

This photograph is available for purchase as a print.
